The Bath Barn is the retail showroom for Mervin Zimmerman Inc. and was named with the company's roots in mind. Mervin Zimmerman Inc. was established in 1968 in a barn in Lititz, PA and has been family owned and operated ever since.

Cody HooverGeneral Manager/Bath Designer
Cody is the grandson of Mervin Zimmerman and began working summers and Saturdays in his teen years in the store and showroom learning the products that we sell. During college he began estimating bathroom remodeling projects and helping customers in the showroom on a part time basis. After college he joined the sales team full time specializing in bath remodeling. Today he is General Manager overseeing all aspects of MZI & The Bath Barn, along with his responsibilities as General Manager he is one of our bath designers working with all projects large or small. Cody enjoys sports trivia, movies and humorous people. He also loves teaching Sunday School at his church. Cody is married to Jodi and has two daughters.
Bob EberlyBath Specialist
36 years experience
Bob joined our company in January of 2012 as a specialist in bath remodeling. He started his work experience as a plumbing technician and then moved on to plumbing and heating sales at a wholesale supply and a plumbing company. Bob spent the next 10 years as a bath specialist for a kitchen and bath firm in the Philadelphia area, designing and selling customized bath projects.
Tiffany HerrBath Remodeling Sales
20 years experience
Tiffany has been in sales and design for the last 20 years. For thirteen of those years', she worked as a project manager designing ads, billboards, and promotional print products and outside sales. With her background in design and sales, it was a perfect transition to designing bathrooms and selling bath products in our showroom and as a bath designer for our bath remodeling customers. Tiffany enjoys working to create the best layout and color pallet for each bath. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family going to the cabin and camping.
Linsey SmokerBath Design Consultant
Linsey, granddaughter of Mervin Zimmerman, began working by doing odds and ends around the business at a young age. Now as a Bath Design Consultant she enjoys meeting new people and collaborating with them in the design process to create a space that fits their unique needs and style. When not at the Bath Barn she enjoys spending time with her family hiking, hosting people in their home & leading women's Bible study.
Sara FerrariShowroom Consultant
Sara has been serving customers over the last several years in many different industries including a plumbing company where she gained experience with installation of bath fixtures. She enjoys meeting new people in our showroom and helping them discover their style as they design their bathroom. With all the many choices in bathrooms, she especially likes guiding customers through all the possibilities for their bath. Sara enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters outdoors hiking, camping and kayaking as well as relaxing at home.
Bonnie HooverOffice & Showroom Manager
Bonnie started working in the family business beside her father, Mervin, right out of high school and has been in various office positions ever since. Starting out full-time and then transitioning to part-time while she raised her children, she is now back leading the office and showroom. Bonnie enjoys helping customers choose fixtures in the showroom to create a bathroom that fits their style. Along with spending time with her family, she enjoys teaching Children's Sunday School and organizing Bible Quizzing for youth at her church.
Cole is a grandson to Mervin Zimmerman and son to Bonnie Hoover. He has grown up helping out at MZI and Bath Barn. Cole manages all shipping and receiving of materials along with purchasing fixtures for bath remodels and retail sales. Additionally, he part of the sales team helping customers in the showroom, parts department and as a designer for small bath remodels. Cole loves people and helping them with their bath projects. Cole and his wife Lauren enjoy helping youth with TNT Youth Ministry.
Becky MerkeyShowroom Consultant
Becky has worked with the home-remodeling material industry and customer service for many years before coming to Bath Barn as a showroom consultant. She is one of the first persons to greet you and walk you through the many options in the showroom and with the endless choices available she will guide you in finding which bath fixture is best for your project. Becky enjoys learning the key features a customer is wants to have in their bath, then finding the many options, styles and finishes of fixtures that are available. She is married and has 3 children ranging in age from 15 to 2. Becky enjoys working with the various organizations to raise Down-Syndrome Awareness and supporting people with Down-Syndrome.
Tammy WeaverProject Coordinator/Showroom Consultant
Tammy joined our team as our go to person for Coordinating all our bath remodeling schedules and as an Administrative Assistant to the General Manager. She also helps customers in the showroom as needed. Tammy enjoys preparing the project files and schedules for customers and any kind of organizing that needs done. She is a servant at heart that loves serving our customers and her co-workers. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending her time with her husband Bob and their two daughters.
Merle, son of Mervin, began his work experience as a plumber’s helper right out of high school. He quickly moved up the ranks gaining experience in all aspects of the company. As president he continues to be involved in the day to day management of the company to insure customers receive quality service in all areas. Merle is a movie buff and enjoys spending time with his family. Merle and his wife Kimberly are passionate about orphaned children and lead a ministry called Team127 that supports adoption of orphans specifically those with special needs.
RJ is our lead in purchasing and parts counter sales. He has worked here for over twenty-eight years. RJ works on ordering materials for jobs and stock, answering sales calls, and helping customers at the parts counter. He is a people-person and loves those whom he gets a chance to help as well as his co-workers. He has previously worked in plumbing services, as well as a L.P. Gas Serviceman. RJ loves being with his son and helping others especially his church family.
Brian KingField Supervisor
Brian has worked as a Bath Remodeling lead technician for MZI and Bath Barn for over 32 years. His experience and expertise in bath remodeling prepared him well to be able to supervise, advise and teach others in the field. Brian will work with you to make sure your bath project runs smoothly and to problem solve any challenges that come up in the remodeling process. Outside of work, he enjoys going on Mission trips with the church family to areas that need his skills to rebuild and also heading to his cabin to hunt or spend time with family. Brian is married to Marilyn and they have two children.
