Cody HooverGeneral Manager / Bath Remodeling Sales

Cody is the grandson of Mervin Zimmerman and began working summers and Saturdays in his teen years in the store and showroom learning the products that we sell. During college he began estimating bathroom remodeling projects and helping customers in the showroom on a part time basis. After college he joined the sales team full time specializing in bath remodeling. Today he is General Manager and specifically works with managing all bath remodeling projects. Cody enjoys sports trivia, movies and humorous people. He also loves teaching Sunday School at his church.
Bob EberlyBath Remodeling Specialist

Bob joined our company in January of 2012 as a specialist in bath remodeling. He started his work experience as a plumbing technician and then moved on to plumbing and heating sales at a wholesale supply and a plumbing company. Bob spent the next 10 years as a bath specialist for a kitchen and bath firm in the Philadelphia area, designing and selling customized bath projects.
Tiffany HerrBath Remodeling Sales
16 years experience
Tiffany has been in sales and design for the last 16 years. For thirteen of those years she worked as a project manager designing ads, billboards, and promotional print products and also as an outside salesperson. With her background in design and sales, it was a perfect transition to designing bathrooms and selling bath products in our showroom and as a bath designer for our bath remodeling customers. Tiffany enjoys working to create the best layout and color pallet for each bath. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family going to the cabin and bay.
Emily PerryShowroom Consultant
Emily, granddaughter of Mervin Zimmerman, began working during high school helping out where needed and also working part-time as a waitress. After high school she took the opportunity to spend time going on mission trips and taking Bible classes eventually coming back to work part-time in our office and showroom. She has now transitioned to being a full-time showroom consultant. As a Showroom Consultant, she enjoys talking with customers and learning every person's style as she walks them through the process of designing a bath they love. Emily, along with her husband Michael, enjoy spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys writing, baking, theatre, music, traveling, and helping out with the youth at her church.
Linsey SmokerShowroom Consultant
Linsey, granddaughter of Mervin Zimmerman, began working by doing odds and ends around the business at a young age. After she graduated college and was married she began to work in The Bath Barn showroom part time. As a Showroom Consultant she enjoys meeting new people and helping them design their bathroom and kitchen. When not in the showroom, she is busy taking care of her four children alongside her husband, Joel. Linsey likes to be busy and is often helping others make decorations or crafts, teaching Sunday school, helping others in their fundraisers for adoption, finding a new recipe to bake, or planning a party.
Brittany ZimmermanShowroom Consultant
Brittany, granddaughter of Mervin Zimmerman, worked at the business from high school through college. Since college Brittany has worked as a registered nurse and has been on staff at Gateway House of Prayer. After two and a half years of working full-time at Gateway, Brittany is excited to be back at the business part-time. Brittany enjoys helping customers find the bathroom fixtures to meet their needs and design goals. She also enjoys designing and updating the The Bath Barn's social media platforms. Brittany loves adventuring of all kinds, whether that be back-packing in Europe, exploring ancient sites in the Middle East, helping with sustainable water projects in Central America, or sitting in a cafe talking with new and old friends.
Bonnie HooverOffice & Showroom Manager
Bonnie started working in the family business beside her father, Mervin, right out of high school and has been in various office positions ever since. Starting out full-time and then transitioning to part-time while she raised her children, she is now back leading the office and showroom. Bonnie enjoys helping customers choose fixtures in the showroom to create a bathroom that fits their style. Along with spending time with her family, she is also Children’s Ministry director at her church where she enjoys seeing children learn and grow.
Merle ZimmermanMervin Zimmerman President
Merle, son of Mervin, began his work experience as a plumber’s helper right out of high school. He quickly moved up the ranks gaining experience in all aspects of the company. As president he continues to be involved in the day to day management of the company to insure customers receive quality service in all areas. Merle is a movie buff and enjoys spending time with his family. Merle and his wife Kimberly are passionate about orphaned children and lead a ministry called Team127 that supports adoption of orphans specifically those with special needs.
Jason has been with us for over ten years and oversees the store & showroom inventory and manages the warehouse. He also serves customers at the parts counter or over the phone. Jason enjoys customer interaction and the organization he assists with at MZI. Outside of the office he loves to spend time with his wife and 3 children and keeps busy doing various jobs with his nephew’s landscaping business. He is an avid member of his church and loves to study the Bible.
RJ is our lead in purchasing and parts counter sales. He has worked here for over twenty-eight years. RJ works on ordering materials for jobs and stock, answering sales calls, and helping customers at the parts counter. He is a people-person and loves those whom he gets a chance to help as well as his co-workers. He has previously worked in plumbing services, as well as a L.P. Gas Serviceman. RJ loves being with his son and helping others especially his church family.
Joe studied industrial design in high school and college. He joined the business in 2015, and now helps with generating virtual bathroom designs for our remodel projects. Joe also works with customers at our parts counter and showroom. Before joining our team Joe did drafting for farm equipment. He also enjoys designing his own products on the side, as well as fishing, kayaking, snowboarding, camping, and working on his antique Chevy pickup.
